1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and apk2room ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the apk2room website and services, including sports betting, casino games, slots, fish games, and the game lobby.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on apk2room, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety. These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and apk2room.

If any part of these Terms is unclear to you, please contact apk2room support before proceeding. The platform is under no obligation to honour bets, withdrawals, or account activity that arose from a misunderstanding of these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The apk2room platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform. This requirement applies without exception.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts or accounts opened on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a prior account that was closed for terms violations.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date.

apk2room reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending verification. This is a standard procedure for any legitimate online gaming platform and is applied to protect both the player and the platform.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on apk2room. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or household — are not permitted. Duplicate accounts discovered by the platform will be closed and any balances may be voided.

• You must provide your real name, a valid email address, and accurate contact details during registration.
• Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Keep them secure and do not share them with anyone.
• apk2room will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

apk2room may at any time request additional information or documentation to verify your identity, source of funds, or payment method. This is standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. Accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily may be restricted or closed.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on apk2room are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, and cards. The payment methods available to you at any given time may vary based on your account status or location within Pakistan.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where someone else makes a deposit on your behalf — are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Timing may vary depending on the payment method used.
• apk2room does not charge deposit fees from its side. Your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are outside the platform's control.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above threshold levels.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary based on the payment method and internal verification requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. These are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request.
• Any balance that was obtained through a bonus and has not met the applicable wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.
• apk2room reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or suspected breach of these Terms.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method held in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

apk2room offers sports betting, live casino, slots, fish games, and a general game lobby. Each product category has its own specific rules that apply in addition to these general Terms. The platform-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting section and should be reviewed before participation.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• apk2room reserves the right to void bets placed in error — for example, bets placed on incorrect odds caused by a technical fault or data feed error.
• In-play bets accepted after the conclusion of an event will be voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket, PSL, T20 international, Football, and Esports markets are governed by sport-specific rules that are available within the Betting section.
• Casino game results from live dealer tables are final and determined in real time. Technical disconnections during a live game round may result in the round being voided and the stake returned, depending on the stage of the round at the time of disconnection.
• Slot and fish game results are determined by the game software. Any technical fault that interrupts a game round will be reviewed, and the stake will be returned if the round cannot be completed correctly.

apk2room does not permit syndicate betting, match-fixing wagers, or any bet placed with knowledge of a predetermined outcome. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be closed immediately and funds voided.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

apk2room may offer bonuses, promotions, and special offers to players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. These general Terms apply to all promotions in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly for each bonus.
• Each promotional offer is intended for one player per household or device. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times is prohibited and will result in account closure.
• apk2room reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bets already placed using bonus funds are not affected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the platform.
• apk2room reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds that were credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on apk2room. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, further action.

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players or with platform staff to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account operation.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a valid deposit transaction through your payment provider.

apk2room operates fraud detection systems continuously. Suspicious activity will be investigated, and accounts found in violation of these prohibitions will be dealt with accordingly.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

apk2room reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. This includes situations where:

• A player has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• A player has requested self-exclusion or account closure through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Identity verification documents have not been provided when requested.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by the platform's dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a player chooses to close their own account voluntarily and there is no outstanding issue, available funds will be returned via the player's registered payment method after any applicable checks are completed.

Players who wish to close their account can contact apk2room support at any time. Account closure requests will be processed promptly. Players who have self-excluded should not attempt to re-register under a new account — doing so is a breach of these Terms.

10 Responsible Gaming

apk2room is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. The platform offers a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly. These tools are available to all registered players at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much PKR you can deposit. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies before any increase takes effect.

• You may not use apk2room's brand name, logo, or visual identity in any context outside the platform without permission.
• Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of any content or data from the apk2room platform is prohibited.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apk2room's liability to any player is limited to the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. apk2room is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, opportunity, or revenue arising from use of the platform.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by technical faults, maintenance, internet outages, or events outside the platform's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to follow these Terms or the game-specific rules.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

apk2room makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and operational at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

14 Amendments to These Terms

apk2room reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — apk2room will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on their account.
• It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and stay informed of any changes.
• If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
